PURCHASING APPLIANCES ONLINE
A step by step guide of the 'Cart' process
After you have browsed our products and have selected an item (or items) to purchase, these are the steps to confirm payment and place the order:

Step 1. "Add to Cart" button
At the bottom of the appliances list of specifications, just below the price, select the amount of the item you require (default is 1) and then click once on the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 2. Your "Cart"
You are now viewing your 'Cart' - the details of the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. This gives you a last chance to peruse and confirm the details of your selection. If you are satisfied click once on the "Checkout" button at the bottom.

Step 3. Registration
You are now on the page where you either log in as an existing member or alternatively click on the second selection to register, set-up your username/password, and provide billing information. Since this is a guide for someone new to the process, select the second option ie. "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information" A drop-down form will appear, please fill in required information * , confirm terms of service, and then click once on "Send Registration". (It is advisable to note down your Username and Password for future reference).

Step 4. Shipping & Payment Option
On the next page your billing information and shipping address will be confirmed. If required, you can supply an alternative shipping address if this is different to the billing address.
If you require a Christchurch delivery, leave the selection as the default "Christchurch Delivery". If you are outside Christchurch, please select “Delivery outside Christchurch” (which incurs an additional cost of $65.00 which is added automatically). The third option is for Parmco brand appliance purchases - Parmco appliances are delivered free nationwide.
Select your payment option - either through "Paypal" for credit card purchases or "Direct Bank Deposits" and then click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
For payment you have the option of using your credit card via Paypal or by making a direct deposit. We accept all electronic payments through Paypal. We also accept Direct Credit. We appreciate Direct credit payments being made within 3 days of placing your order, and reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders after that time. If for any reason you cannot make payment in that time, please contact us to let us know (we're pretty understanding).

Step 5. Payment
On this page you will confirm your order and complete your purchase.
If you selected Direct Deposit, you will see the instructions and details of our bank account.
If you selected Paypal, once you click “Confirm” you will be taken to Paypal’s payment screen. Fill in your credit card details to complete your purchase using the Paypal payment facility.
