Terms and Conditions
Goods are supplied on condition that the customer accepts our terms and conditions for payment and delivery.
Use of Appliances
All the appliances we offer for sale are for DOMESTIC USE ONLY. Warranties expressly exclude use for commercial or semi-commercial purposes.
Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery is normally effected two to five working days after funds have cleared though this cannot be guaranteed. Whilst we will try to arrange for delivery within specific time slots, we cannot guarantee it. We cannot accept responsibility for delays that are beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for supplying the correct delivery address. Any costs resulting from erroneous delivery information supplied to us will be borne by the customer.
The goods must be checked immediately on delivery for damage before accepting them. Damaged packaging should be checked and noted on the delivery docket. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you sign for the goods as being in good order and condition, no claim for freight damage can be accepted. If, for any reason, it is not possible to check the goods at the time of delivery, they should be signed for as “not checked”
Any damage or defects discovered in “unchecked” goods subsequently to acceptance on delivery must be notified to us without delay and within 72 hours. Goods reported as damaged after the 72 hour period will be replaced only at the sole discretion of Kitchen Appliance Specialists.
Faults reported after the 72 hour period following delivery will come under the manufacturer/importers warranty. The customer will report the fault to the appropriate help desk.
Warranties
All new appliances carry a manufacturer’s/importer’s guarantee for the period stated in the documentation. Customers are required to keep their invoice as proof of purchase. This will ensure speedy resolution of warranty issues.
Warranty call-outs that entail a journey in excess of 35km to site will attract a travelling charge at the prevailing rate of the service engineer. Alternatively, the client will be required to take the appliance to a service engineer.
Note that warranties cover appliances for DOMESTIC USE ONLY. WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER USE IN COMMERCIAL OR SEMI-COMMERCIAL PREMISES OR APPLICATIONS.
Payment by Direct Credit or Internet Banking
Customers paying for Combo Deals pay by Direct Credit. When you place your order we will send an invoice with payment instructions.

Cheques should be made out to Kitchen Appliance Specialists and mailed to the address below:

Payment by Credit Card
When you take your shopping cart to checkout, you will automatically be offered the choice of paying by Credit Card via Paypal.
Credit card payments are made through the secure Paypal gateway. Once you confirm your order, you’ll be redirected to Paypal where you can either login using an existing account or, if you don’t have one, enter your credit card details directly. Once it’s paid, you’ll be redirected back to our website and receive an email confirmation.

These can be configured for Natural Gas or LPG. Please ensure that you inform us which you need at the time of purchase or soon after.
Refund Policy
If you have a problem with the goods or our service, contact us without delay. Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Kitchen Appliance Specialists.
Exchanges
In the case that you wish to exchange a product contact Kitchen Appliance Specialists, we may agree to modify the above re-stocking fee. In any case a product to be exchanged must be returned at your expense and responsibility, and arrive in new condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Cancelling your Order
Please note that cancelling an order (before it is dispatched) for no other reason than you have changed your mind, could result in charges being made to recover our costs. For example, Credit Card fees and freight charges are non-refundable so we will have to recover our costs from your payment.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing your order you will be deemed as accepting without reservation our terms and conditions. In particular you accept your responsibility to check the condition of the goods on delivery and within the time frame given above and to report any problems without delay.
